In 1978, Grandmaster Chang had the opportunity to share Taekwondo and opened his first school.  Today his teachings has touched thousands of Saint John residents and abroad. Presently, his son has taken over the business, generation to generation.

We have a always maintained a presence in the Saint John South/Central area for one reason. Grandmaster Chang has always held the belief that those who need Taekwondo the most should have the opportunity to learn. The South/Central area has the highest levels of proverty in New Brunswick.
